WHY YOU SHOULD NEVER DO NOFAP! (BREAKING NEWS) | No Fap Challenge & Benefits??


THIS is why you should NEVER, EVER, do Nofap. If you don't know what Nofap is, basically it's when a guy decides not to jack off anymore. He's still allowed to have sex, but let's be totally honest, most of the guys doing nofap aren't having sex anyway [laugh]. There's also something called "nofap hardmode" where you're not allowed to jack off or have sex either, so you're basically like a monk. Now you usually have 2 types of people: guys who are doing nofap and who say it's the best thing ever and try to get everyone else to do it, and guys who aren't doing it and think it's stupid. So it's pretty much the new. I've found that it CAN be useful, but ONLY for certain people. So I'm gonna go through the most important benefits of nofap and break each one down so you can see if YOU should do it, or not.

#1 Abstinence gives you increased energy, focus, and other positive cognitive effects. This was the most important potential effect to me personally, and it's what made me decide to try it. So I did it for about a month and a half, and I didn't notice ANY changes as a result of it. Now, I eat a really healthy diet, I exercise, I take proper supplements, I get the correct amount of sleep, and I exercise my mind on a daily basis. I also do a blood test occasionally - if you want to do one, I recommend the company Life Extension and all my shit is on point. So I'm pretty much functioning at peak levels every day anyway, which doesn't leave much room for improvement. Plus I'm literally a Greek God, so there's that too. On the other hand, if you aren't a very healthy dude, maybe you eat like shit or you have fucked up hormone levels, then you might benefit from it. But if your body is already operating efficiently, for example if your hormones are already perfect, then they can't get "better than perfect," because that doesn't make sense. In that case, it would have no benefit for you. Also, if your body is fucked up, I think it's better to address that and try to figure out exactly why, because it means you're doing something else wrong and you need to get on top of it.

#2 Jacking off ruins your expectations for actual sex. I know this will bother some people, but ... This one is total bullshit. I don't know how much time I've spent watching porn in my life, but let's just say, it's a lot. And when I have sex, it isn't ruined at all. In fact, it's actually BETTER. Now if you're watching stuff like cuckold orgies and girls being tied up in dungeons and shit, then yeah, most of the real-life sex you have isn't gonna be like that, and hopefully you already know that. But the reason my sex life has improved so much is BECAUSE of porn. I used to hop on pornhub like most of you probably do, but I don't do that anymore. I found a couple sites I really like, and I usually only watch videos from those sites. My favorite one is called 21 Naturals. It's close to what you get in real sex, but stepped up just a notch, so I've taken a LOT of things that I saw in their videos and started using it. I can definitively say that since I stepped up my porn game, I also stepped up my sex game ... and the girls I've been with have definitely agreed. Also, picking one site you like actually saves you a lot of time because you no longer have to waste 30 minutes scrolling through pornhub to decide what to watch and then skipping through it to find the good part ... yeah you know what I'm talking about!

#3 Jacking off ruins your motivation for talking to girls. This one is true. Have you ever been really horny, and you find yourself being WAY too desperate about trying to get a slutty girl to hang out with you because you're just dying to get your dick wet? If so, all you have to do is rub one out, and you'll no longer be acting like a desperate fuck anymore. Hell, the times that I've hooked up with girls I DIDN'T like, just because I was really horny, I could literally feel myself, as I was still in the process of busting a nut, like before I was even finished getting it all out, I'd already be thinking "god damn it, I should've just watched porn, I can't wait for this girl to get the fuck out of my house." And if I had to go on an actual date with her in order to get to the sex, I'd be like "fuck! what a waste of time!" So in a way, yeah, it does ruin your motivation to talk to girls and makes you less social. But I've found that it usually only decreases the motivation to talk to girls that you don't really like anyway. If you actually enjoy spending time with a girl and you like her PERSONALITY, then busting a nut isn't gonna affect that. There are 2 types of girls: Type 1 is the one I mentioned before, where you finish and you're like "shit, fuck this bitch." Type 2 is the one where you finish and you're actually happy that she's there and that you get to continue spending time with her. And type 2's are the ones you SHOULD be going out with anyway. Stop wasting your time on Type 1's!

#4 Being addicted to porn is bad. This is also true. Being addicted to anything is bad. If you have an addiction, whether it's to porn, caffeine, heroin, Facebook, taking selfies in the bathroom, video games, your cellphone, chocolate, pussy, alcohol, Xanax, or literally ANYTHING, the VERY FIRST THING YOU SHOULD DO is break that addiction. Being addicted to shit is bad. Being addicted means you can't do without it, you start pining for it any time you can't get it, and you feel like shit without it. If you're addicted to something, you need to break the addiction.

One of my favorite quotes is: "You have 2 choices: control your mind, or let your mind control you." If you have an addiction, then you're not in control, you're just along for the ride. You're like a computer with a virus on it, a virus that controls it and the computer just sits there and lets it. If you think you're addicted to porn, then here's what I want you to do: Watch it one more time RIGHT AFTER you watch this video. Bust a fat ass nut. And then don't watch it again for 10 days. If for the entire 10 days, you're grumbling and feeling like dick and looking forward to getting your porn back, then you're fucking addicted! And in that case you need to stay off of it until you're no longer addicted. But, if you find that you last the 10 days and it's not even a big deal and you can take it or leave it, then, ironically, you actually don't need to abstain from it, and you might as well just watch it whenever you want. Personally, on average I'd say I bust a nut about 2-3 times a week.

Sometimes I go every day, and sometimes I go days or even weeks without it. It's not because I'm trying to go without it, it's because I just have a lot of other stuff to think about and to do, and jacking off and having sex become less important. If you're in a position where it's not a huge deal to you, then it's not a huge deal. On the other hand, if you're in a position where you're busting your dick out 3 times a day and worrying about clearing your internet history every 15 minutes so your mom doesn't find out and then spending 3 hours a day on Tinder because you're desperate as fuck to find a slutty girl to suck you up, then bro ... you need to get control of yourself. So in summary, you should try nofap: - If you think your body is out of whack and you want to see if it can fix your hormone levels and other stuff. - If you're addicted to fapping. And you should not try nofap: - If your body and mind are already running at high levels. - If you're only doing it because you think it will ruin real sex for you. - If you're only doing it because you think it will decrease your motivation to talk to girls.
